George Lovato Jr., the Outdoor On-Call Chef, starts Season 2 of Chasing The Flames with Fred Flintstone size wet aged Tomahawk Steaks cooked to perfection on the outdoor fire pit. Sous Chef Audra marinades and sears flaky cod with wood fire. To complete the meal, the On-Call Outdoor Chef roasts veggies in the fire. For dessert, Sous Chef Abel bakes a scrumptious lemon cake in the Beast.
